This P.08 Luger holster shows some wear and field use, but has a clip and a 1941 manufacture date on the reverse with the CXb maker mark of Moll Lederwarenfabrik Goch/Rhineland. The interior shows some previous names or markings crossed or blotted out, but has the soldier’s name Mann clearly in black ink on one of the tabs. The holster shows minor rubs on the exterior and flexing with some finish loss to the latch tab, etc., but is solid and complete with good color and finish. The clip shows thin blue with rubs to the edges exposing some gray. Belt loops are secure with good finish. The markings are crisp.
A nice example of a wartime holster for the classic German sidearm. [sr] [ph:m]
