A Navy officer's belt. The belt is made of folded and stitched leather. Stitching is solid and unbroken. The tongue and wreath belt plate is an excellent example of the U.S. Navy buckle with matching bench marks (157). The belt is in overall good condition; soft and pliable. There are the usual, cracks, rubs, and wrinkles. This is a complete Navy belt that never had any sword hangers.  [jet]
