Matching pair of Colonel’s shoulder straps in excellent condition.
Each strap meas. approx. 4.00 inches long x 1.50 inches wide. They have a single border of heavy bright bullion thread and inner and outer jaceron border of a single strand of dead bullion.
The rank field of each is black with a wonderful silver spread-winged eagle at center. The eagle is done using silver thread and sequins. Each are in excellent condition.
Reverse of the straps are open which is right for the Civil War period.
Very attractive set and will display very well. [ad]
