Oval patch features an image of an infantry horn. Background is black felt with gold bullion thread and sequence used to embroider the horn. Gold is semi-bright, with original gilt remaining on higher surfaces. Back of patch is black muslin and is hand-stitched to the black felt. Patch is intact and stitching is tight. Edges of patch are slightly frayed. Attachment hooks are not present. [sm]
