Oval patch features an image of an infantry horn with a number 10 in the center. Background is black felt with gold bullion thread and sequence used to embroider the horn. Gold is semi-bright, with some original gilt remaining on higher surfaces. Back of patch is muslin and is hand-stitched to the black felt. Patch is intact and stitching is tight, with the exception of the gold bullion border, which has come loose. Attachment hooks are not present.
