This insignia meas. approx. 3.25 inches across x 2.00 inches wide. It has a horizontal anchor done in silver bullion thread inside a laurel wreath of gold bullion thread. All embroidery is done on black felt with a reinforced white paper backing. The insignia is in excellent condition. All the thread is complete and tight. Surfaces of the thread have tarnished some with age but that is to be expected.
