This is a classic style C.S. tin drum canteen. Tin spout and all three sling keepers are present. Edges, spout and keepers are soldered. Measures 6 ¼” in circumference by 1 ¾” wide. One side is flat, while the other is convex.

The body is solid with just a few small dings, dents and scratches from age and use. Shows areas of light surface rust.

This is a nice addition for a Confederate collection.  [sl]
