All white metal plate with spread winged eagle in wreath on face. Design is the same as the brass wartime plates. Back has long narrow tongue. The keeper for the belt is also attached to the back. This is different from the wartime examples where the keeper was attached to the side of the face. Plate is in good condition with nice details to the eagle and wreath.
