Pattern 1826 eagle breast plate for use on the sling of the cartridge box.
The face has great detail with a nice even mellow patina. Edge has one or two minor dings.
Reverse has 100% of the lead fill and both wire hooks that are bent slightly inward.
An attractive plate.
