By private contractor. A very nice example made of stamped sheet metal body with a “V” shaped riveted comb support and single handle support. Steel ferruled hardwood handle is painted black. Three additional double rows of comb teeth are riveted into the body proper for a total of seven toothed rows and one untoothed row. The metal surfaces show a good deal of original clear lacquer finishing. Overall measures approx. 8 1/2" x 4 3/4".[jp] [ph:L]
