No maker-mark. Brass instrument, 14” in length, with rotary valves, silver keys, original mouthpiece, & reinforced 5” bell. In brown wooden coffin shaped case, with original flower papered interior, measuring 14.75 x 6”; has upper brass handle & hook latches. Brass & silver exhibits light tarnish, but no dents. Plus, this horn works, it’s playable. Wooden case exhibits light wear, interior paper lining is immaculate. A superb piece for Civil War era musician or aficionado.
