Tourniquet is in good condition. It has a nice brass frame and a screw that is in working order. The cloth of the tourniquet itself is good but the surface shows signs of heavy use. There are numerous stains and dirt and it has curled some. Still attached at one end is the adjustment buckle that is almost always missing. This buckle has some surface rust but it is still firmly in place. The age and condition of the brass, the cloth and the buckle are all matching. This is a tourniquet that looks to have been used and did not just sit in a medical case.
