Flip-top gutta-percha case heavily decorated with a raised Oriental motif displaying buildings, figures and trees. Decoration is expertly done and is free of any damage. The decoration runs on all four sides of the case including the bottom edge and the top of the lid. One side has two small silver flowers and a pushbutton for opening the lid.
Upon opening the case there are four sized bleeders with in tortoise shell casings. Blades are marked with three different makers “PRATT, LONDON” “COLIN & SON” and “RODGERS SHEFFIELD.” Blades show some minor surface dirt from age.
This is a really attractive piece in very good condition. [ad] [ph:L]
