This is a nice seated view of John Buford in uniform. He wears a double-breasted brigadier general’s frock with one-star shoulder straps. Image is good and clear with nice contrast. Some very minor soiling in places that do not affect the subject. Mount is in good condition and untrimmed. E. & H.T. Anthony b/m.
A fine cdv of the cavalry hero of Gettysburg. [jet] [PH:L]
