This japanned black tin meas. approx. 1.50 x 1.50 x 3.25 inches with a raised pewter spout at top center.

The paper label has browned with age and is 99% present missing only a tiny bit in the lower right corner. The label reads “PILULAE QUINIAE SULPHATIS / EACH CONTAINING THREE GRAINS SULPHATE OF QUINIA. PREPARED AT THE USA MED. PURVEYING DEPOT. ASTORIA, L.I.”

The japanned finish shows numerous scratches but the tin is free of any dents.  [ad] [ph:L]
