Straight cane meas. approx. 35.25 inches long. The base has a plain piece of brass wrapped around it that is tacked in place. The wood on the cane is very dark. Approx. 4.25 inches from the top is a light area that is inscribed “GETTYSBURG BATTLEFIELD.” This has faded some but is still readable. Wood is in good condition with light scattered chips.
