Softcover, published by The Center for Civil War Photography. 32 pg.
The Center for Civil War Photography is pleased to present this book, created in association with their tenth annual Image of War Seminar. This is the eighth booklet in their 99 Historic Images series and the second to cover Gettysburg. Their first Gettysburg booklet covered but a portion of the battlefield (Culp's Hill) whereas this publication endeavors to present the entire field and the town. Selecting just 99 images from the particularly rich photographic resources, both wartime and postwar, was a painful task. Their goal with this booklet was to cover Gettysburg in only the broadest swath. [LD] [PH:L]
