This item was custom made by Todd Orndorff from reclaimed wood from a Witness Tree that once stood on the grounds bordering the Bloody Wheatfield on the Gettysburg battlefield. The oak tree would have witnessed the various battles to occupy the fields there on July 2, 1863 during the 3 day Battle of Gettysburg.

The coaster set measures over 4” x 4 ¾” x 3”.  The coasters themselves measure 3 ¾” x 3 ¾”. Marked on the bottom, "Handcrafted by Todd A Orndorf"; also in ink is "T R O / 4-2024".

Accompanied by a laminated sheet describing the item’s origins and a brief description of the action that took place in The Wheatfield.

The proceeds from the sale of this item are being donated to the Adams County Children’s Advocacy Center. [ld][ph:m]
