White silk ribbon with blue print.  Measures about 8” long overall. Ribbon is attached to a stamped brass pin bar. Ribbon reads, “PENNSYLVANIA RESERVES [Maltese Cross] GETTYSBURG Sept. 11th, 1889.” Strands of metallic fringe hang from the bottom.

Overall condition is very good, with minor wear and splits to silk.  [jet]
