Lettering reads, “PENNSYLVANIA STATE MONUMENT, GETTYSBURG, PA”. Measures approximately 5” in circumference. Plate is free of chips or cracks. Underside of plate is maker marked, “WHEELOCK, MADE IN GERMANY FOR W.H. TIPTON, GETTYSBURG, PA”.
