This is a two piece medal. The top section has the Coat of Arms for the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War at top center. This is flanked by a riband that reads “ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT.” This is all supported by crossed US flags and the word “DELEGATE.” Reverse of this piece has the pin.
The drop is composed of a inverted shield with the Pennsylvania Monument at center surrounded by the words “GETTYSBURG, PA. JUNE 1913.” The reverse has a palm branch with three stars surrounding “PA. DIV. S.V.U.S.A.”
The item is in very nice condition with great detail to the design.
