This cane was a souvenir made from wood that came from Little Round Top on the Gettysburg Battlefield. It is stamped with an imprint that reads, “GETTYSBURG JULY 1, 2, 3, 1863 WOOD FROM LITTLE ROUND TOP”.
Cane has an all over rippled design and rings that were likely made by a wood burning tool. Top end of cane has bark still remaining. Entire cane has a glossy shellac finish. Wood is in great shape with no cracks. There are a few small chips in the bark.
Cane measures 35 ¾” long x ½” in circumference.
