Flat coin Navy button with spread-winged eagle surrounded by stars at center. Face retains about 10% of the gilt.

The reverse has what looks like a bent shank and no readable maker’s mark.

Item was recovered at the site of a Colonial home on the East Cavalry Field at Gettysburg.
