JULY 4TH 1913” with colored US Flags & shield. “Meade/Lee, 1863 to 1913”. Enameled surface & lettering exhibit light wear & slight chipping. Inner photo faded & lightly rubbed. Else VG, & highly attractive. Superb “reunion collectible”.
