Brass scabbard tip of the style most commonly found on the Springfield bayonet scabbard. Brass surface has light patina. Section of leather scabbard still remains inside the tip.

Item was recovered in Reynolds' Woods by the late John Cullison and passed by him to the Rosensteel family collection.
