Suspended from the bar is a wonderful conditioned powder blue ribbon that meas. approx. 1.75 x 1.25 inches.
At bottom of the ribbon is a slotted bar that holds a circular drop with a view of Fort Wayne surrounded by stars. Reverse reads “FORT WAYNE IND. APRIL 6TH & 7TH 1892” at center and is surrounded by “18th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT – DEPARTMENT OF INDIANA GAR.”
