CIVIL WAR ERA SINGLE SHOT BOOT PISTOL

$165.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 362-659

Iron single shot boot pistol with walnut grips and a 2.75 inch barrel. Caliber is approx. 31. The original nipple is present on top of the barrel and from the pitting around its base the weapon appears to have been used. The hammer has no half-cock but it does hold at full-cock and falls properly when the trigger is squeezed.

All of the iron has moderate mottling and light pitting. The walnut grips show wear but are still good. The underside of the barrel has a serial number of “43.” There is no maker’s mark.
