Two piece swivel type iron body rifle bullet mold with wood handles. Circa. 1855-1865. Outer iron surface shows dark oxidization and heavy pitting. Inside has light pitting and less oxidization to the cavities of the Minie ball rounds. No internal base former included with this mold. No discernable markings on mold body. Good example of a Civil War period Rifle bullet mold.
