Brass mold marked “COLT’S PATENT” on one side. The word “Colt’s” is a little weak in the area of the first three letters. Outside surfaces exhibit light wear. Mold opens and closes well. Interior has two mold cavities, one for a conical bullet and the other for a round ball. Interior has some dirt from age but the mold cavities themselves are in good condition.
