This large flask meas. approx. 9.00 inches long.
The decoration on the body of the flask represents a woven basket with a large oak leaf at the bottom. Decoration is the same on both sides.
Brass cap has mechanism for opening and closing as well a folding adjustable powder measurer. Cap is marked “JAMES DIXON & SONS SHEFFIELD” and “QUICK LOADING” over “FIRE PROOF.”
Flask is in very nice condition and is free of dents. Adjustable measurer goes from 4.50 to 6.00 Drams.
