Brass, two cavity bullet mold for Colt's .44 caliber "3rd Model Dragoon" revolver. It casts one round ball and one elongated bullet. Iron sprue cutter is attached to the top and has a worn "COLT'S / PATENT" stamp. Cavities remain clean. There are numerous dings on exterior where the mold needed to be "tapped" to get the bullets out. Inspector's initial "G" on one side. G
