This small flask is for the Colt pocket model or similar revolvers. Measures approximately 4.5” tall x 2” at widest point.
Front features the American eagle with shield, thirteen stars, and with the rays of the rising sun between the wings. A pair of crossed revolvers are under the eagle and under them a curved ribbon reading “E PLURIBUS UNUM” follows the bottom curve of the flask.
Very nice condition with strong, working spring.
The 1849 pocket model was a best seller for Colt and this flask would display very nicely with one or go well in a cased set. [jet] [ph:L]
