Presented here is an original Federal .69 paper wrapped cartridge in excellent condition. The bullet is wrapped with the original brown paper and its accompanying powder charge is still encased within the original beige or tan colored paper wrap. Wrap is tightly bound at the point of the bullet nose. One side of the paper shows green ink/paint markings; scattered moderate staining throughout.
