Ames”, inspector initials, “W.G.J.” [below spout.] Handsome brass flask, measuring 9.5” in length, 4.5” across bell shaped base, with large anchors & “U.S.N.” markings on both sides. Medium dark patina, with light scratching. Powder dispensing lever is free and smoothly workable. Fine USN collectible.
