This parkerized bayonet with M-7 scabbard was cut down from the longer Model 1905 bayonet.
Since the blade was shortened the central fuller runs all the way to the point which is spear shaped. Ricasso is marked “U.F.H.” for Union Fork & Hoe Company over a bursting bomb flanked by “US” over “1942.”
Grip is of black Bakelite with a parkerized pommel, guard and blade.
Green plastic M-7 scabbard is in very nice condition. [ad][ph:L]
