The item is in very excellent condition. Blade has no visible markings. Socket has notch and appears to be very clean. Socket is lightly blued while the blade is bright with only light scattered mottling. Tip of socket swivels.
Leather scabbard is excellent with brass tip and brass hook for attaching to a belt. Side seams are tight except for one 2.25 inch area that has some small separations.
Very nice example. [ad]
