Dated March 16, 1865. Signed by their Colonel and Brevet Brig. General William J. Palmer (founder of Colorado Springs, CO). McCall served from 8/22/62 as a Private until his promotion to Corporal on 11/29/64, and then to Sergeant, being discharged on 6/21/65 at Nashville.

Pre-printed document measures 15” x 10”. Normal folds otherwise perfect condition. Recent frame ready for the wall!  [ss]
