Olive green colored silk ribbon has black lettering that reads, "1862 VETERAN ASSOCIATION 115th REG'T. N.Y. VOLS. 12th REUNION/ SOUTH GLEN FALLS, N.Y. / AUGUST 25th, 1893". Center shows an image of a spread-winged eagle. Reverse has a small paper label from J.E. West & Co.
Measures 6.25" long by 2" wide. Ribbon shows spotting in areas and fringe is slightly matted, but overall item is in good condition. [sl] [ph:sl]
