This Bond was authorized by Act of Congress CSA on the 20th of February 1863, printed on dark pink paper. The total number of Bonds issued were 31,066. This Bond is numbered 3104 and has seven coupons intact. It has an imprint of “Archer & Daly Richmond V.A.” and Confederate Officers overlooking the Rappahannock River west of Fredericksburg. This is a type 136 in the book CS Bonds by “Douglas B. Ball Ph. D.” (ws) [ph:L]
