An original piece of Confederate money, being the $50 CSA T-66 bill featuring the President of the Confederacy, Jefferson Davis, in the center of the bill. Engraved and printed by Keatinge & Ball of Columbia, SC.  Dated February 17th 1864. Plate letters, AX. Serial numbered, 32731. Series 4. This note has a trace of pink shade remaining on the front and good blue on the back. The printing is clear and the contrast good. No pin holes, no wrinkling. Framed fairly well. A typical Confederate bill.    [jet]
