Three piece, high convex coat size button.  Button depicts the state seal of Maine, the north star with a husbandman and seaman standing beside a white pine.  BM: "SCOVILL CO. WATERBURY" dm inner solid ring.  Excellent condition, nice gilt patina.  Shank present & straight.  Albert's ME6, Tice's ME200A1.
