This three-piece button is in outstanding condition. The face retains its original gilt with wonderful detail and is very clean.
Reverse has the shank with a depressed mark of “EXTRA RICH. TREBLE GILT.”
Button is Tice CS205A5 and Albert’s CS 5.
Tice states a rumor that many of these buttons were discovered in a warehouse in Bermuda after World War Two. [ad] [ph:L]
