Here is a Civil War period, quart-size glass wine bottle. This thick glass specimen is dark green color and measures 10” tall x 2¾” wide. Glass surface is smooth and has no cracks, chips, or repairs visible. Body shows a few light scratches with what appears to be old glue or adhesive remains on the glass. No maker’s marks. A nice Civil War era glass wine bottle.
