Classic decanter with three applied rings on the neck, cut shoulders and a broad band of fluting around the base. Mushroom stopper. Stands just under 10” including the stopper. Base is 4” in diameter.  Very fine condition, no chips. One small scratch on inside of lip. Does show minor surface scratches from wear and use. [ld][ph:L]
