Here is a great example of a U.S. A. Hospital Department bottle in a light aqua color. The bottle measures 8 inches tall and is 3 inches in diameter. An embossed “U.S.A. HOSP. DEPT” is front and center on the body and is encircled by an embossed oval. The top has been applied. Seams from the glass mold are visible. The bottom is convex.
Overall, this bottle is in good condition. The bottle shows minor imperfections and bubbles throughout. There are a few small dings to the bottle; two very small ones on the bottom, and there is one rough spot at 10 o’clock from where a bubble was at one time. Overall, a fine example of U.S.A. Hospital Department glassware. [cla][ph:L]
