Hardcover volume is bound in brown cloth with Hancock’s signature in black at front center with linear dot and scroll oak leaf decoration. Full title in gold on spine. Volume meas. approx. 5.50 x 7.50 inches and runs approx. 375 pages.
Front signature is weak. The central signature is also a bit weak causing several pages at center to be a bit worn but none are loose.
Frontispiece has portrait of Hancock as an older man. There are also seven other illustrations.
