One of the most popular bottles of the Civil War period is the cathedral pickle bottle. It followed the gothic style in vogue at the time and emulated the well-recognized church window form.

Light aqua/green in color, this wide mouth (2 1/2” diameter) bottle measures 11 ½” tall; square base is 3 ½” wide. Excellent condition; one very shallow scratch on neck.
