A classic example of a black glass Civil War era whiskey bottle. Unembossed examples like this one are often found at Civil War sites, in a wide range of colors.  Stands 11 ¾” tall and diameter of base is 3”.  Very fine condition; a few small, minor chips to lip.  [LD]
