In this book Howard Newcomb presents his revision of the 1883 work of Frank D. Andrews on copper cents from 1816-1857. Newcomb has also had the opportunity to correct the typographical errors in Andrew's work and eliminate some varieties that no one has been able to find in recent years. Printed in the author's own handwriting on 296 pages you will read Newcomb’s research and his date-by-date study of these die varieties. Illustrated in black and white with 11 pages of photo plates at the end of the text. This book is in like new condition.
