Very fine condition copy of “CONFEDERATE RIFLES & MUSKETS: INFANTRY SMALL ARMS MANUFACTURED IN THE SOUTHERN CONFEDERACY 1861-1865” by John M. Murphy and Howard Michael Madaus published in 1996.
Volume runs 768 pages and is profusely illustrated with black & white as well as color illustrations and photographs.
Interior is very clean. There is some very, very slight yellowing to the edges of the pages along the right side.
Volume is hardcover with full-color dustjacket that is in very nice condition, showing just minor storage wear.
Dean S. Thomas was known as a onetime Gettysburg Battlefield Guide and early relic hunter as well as the founder, owner, and operator of Thomas Publications. He was also the author of many books related to Civil War ammunition and projectiles.
